Miley Cyrusis busting out all over. The teen star is finally beginning to develop the body of a woman, and Miley is damn proud of her cleavage, and she’s telling girls to love their curves, too.
Miley, who turns 19 this month, has been on a bit of a crusade lately, ever since her on-again, off-again pal Demi Lovato has been taking heat for gaining some weight.
Cyrus, who has gotten more than her fair share of grief from Internet haters, lashed out at snarky bloggers who have been haranguing Lovato.

Demi has gained about 30 pounds since coming out of rehab in January and says she looks and feels better than ever. She was radiant on the red carpet at the recentLatin Grammy Awards.
Lovato tweeted backing thanking the former Hannah Montana star and Disney colleague for the kind words.
